3. Payment Methods

We currently support:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  You can pay when the product is delivered to your doorstep. Ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid order cancellation.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

✅ Eligible for Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled only when their status is “Processing.”

❌ Not Eligible for Cancellation:

• If the order status is “On-Hold” or “Completed”, cancellation is not allowed.

You may cancel your order by:

• Contacting our support email (below) with your order number and reason.

6. Return & Refund Policy

🕒 Return Window:

• We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Conditions for Return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

🔴 Damaged Product Policy (Important):

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

• Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
• Attach this unboxing video when submitting the return request with a proper reason.

Returns for damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn, washed, or altered products.
• Products without original tags and packaging.

💰 Refund Process:

• For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• For COD orders: No charge is applied once the product is successfully returned and verified.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order.
