- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
❗ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must follow this important policy:
- Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- Submit the unboxing video along with your refund request and mention the issue clearly.
🔴 Refund requests for damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Product shows signs of use, wear, or washing.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- Damage reported without proper video proof.
- Refund request raised after 7 days of delivery.
💳 Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No charge is applied. You simply return the item and no refund is necessary.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order.
